Which state should I choose: Florida, Delaware, Wyoming, or New Mexico?
It depends on your business model. Wyoming offers the most privacy and the lowest annual fees ($60). Delaware is preferred by startups seeking VC investment. Florida is ideal for physical operations or US customers. New Mexico has the lowest annual maintenance cost with no mandatory report.
